At HaroldSays, Harold is dedicated to positive innovative complaint resolution and to finding the best solution to fit the consumer's individual needs. A clear set of principles and values have allowed him to readily adapt to the constant changes occuring in the market and in our world today.

Harold Cameron and HaroldSays are guided by these core principles:

  As an advocate he operates with the highest level of integrity protecting the rights and interests of the consumers he represents

  As an advocate, he maintains independence from third parties, especially when decisions about consumer's complaints need to be made

  The advice he provides takes into account all opportunities and risks

  He only provides advice in areas in which he has proven expertise
• Confidentiality
  He treats all of the knowledge and information gained during the advocacy process with the utmost confidentiality
• Being Positive Minded
  As an advocate he respects and cares for the consumers he serves as well as the corporate or government leaders he communicates with. His goal is to treat everyone as he wants to be treated and that is in a positive affirming manner looking for the best possible solution for the consumer as well as for the corporate or government leader he is communicating with on the consumer's behalf.

As Harold is not a doctor he never dispenses medical advice of any type to consumers. Also as he is not an attorney he does not provide legal counsel to consumers. For medical or legal matters he will attempt to assist the consumer in locating an attorney or medical professional who can help them.
