  • A mother from Northeastern PA whose disabled teen son had been bullied as a student at school. He had reached a point emotionally where he was going to do something drastic if the bullying did not stop. With God's help Harold was able to communicate with the right government officials at the U S Department of Education that forced the school to comply with existing federal and state laws so as to protect the student and other students at the school from bullying.
  • A consumer from Florida who had issues with his DELL Computer. Harold contacted the appropriate individual at Dell and his computer problem was resolved in a prompt and timely manner.
  • A Texas consumer who had an issue with her COMCAST service. Harold reached out to the person he communicates with at COMCAST and her issue was resolved that very day...on a Sunday.
  • Consumers from all across the US who have needed help with their disability claims through either their state DDS office or with the Social Security Administration Officials.
  • A Florida consumer who had a problem concerning medical treatment and he needed help with his Medicare and Insurance Coverage. Harold was able to communicate with an official at the Medicare Headquarters and his issues were all resolved.
  • Consumers from across the US who had complaints regarding their EppiCard. God was gracious to open the door to the right person at the company and the consumer's complaints were promptly resolved.
  • A Consumer from the UK had an issue with a pair of Hush Puppy shoes he had purchased. Harold was able to connect with the right person at Wolverine Worldwide who helped him by resolving his complaint
  • Consumers who have had service-delivery issues with their mail through the USPS. The response of the good people at the USPS has always been prompt and professional.
  • A gentleman from the UK who had an issue with an inmate phone billing company here in the US. He paid for the service but was unable to receive calls from the inmate. Harold connected with the right person at the company and the consumer's issue was resolved promptly.
  • Thousands of consumers who have been victimized by Internet Scams and Fraud.
  • He helped a major respected Christian publishing company get copies of their new book Fearless to Vice-President Biden, General Colin Powell and other prominent individuals. The book has since become a best-seller.

In the past he partnered with a leading consumer complaints website to provide his consumer advocacy services to the people who visited the site. As a result of working with the company he was able to help a number of their site visitors get their consumer complaints satisfactorily resolved. He is no longer personally affiliated with the site.
